    I love this. I am only 52 but I've struggled with Lupus and after being a yoga teacher for years I am no longer able to access the asana practice. My joints are much older than my age. It's been a big psychological hit. It's been ten years and your classes are the first time I feel joy when I'm moving vs grief for what was or just extreme pain. Today I remembered the 90's and all of my step classes! I didn't use a step and who cares. For the jumping jacks I used it as "free style" and danced. Thank you so much. I am not exaggerating about how much your classes mean to me so thanks to you and mom.

    Just finished this and need a break before 5 exercises for stronger knees. Enjoyed backwards walking and didn't need to hold onto anything! Uses a lot of different muscles and is challenging the old brain. Hope it helps with knee pain. Right knee had replacement 7 years ago and now I have patellar tendonitis and bursitis in it! Been wearing a knee strap on it for years. Still getting euflexa knee shots in the left knee. Love you ladies!
